Catani Lake, Mount Buffalo
A high altitude lake, 18 ha, situated on Mount Buffalo in the
Mount Buffalo National Park. Surrounded by snow gums and alpine
vegetation and usually freezes over in winter. Contains small brown
trout average 200g, with some to 350g. Last stocked with trout by
the Department in 1963.
