Gil Gil Lake, Donald
A deep lake, 10 ha, surrounded by crops and grazing land, mud
bottom. Carries mainly redfin average 350 g, maximum 1. 8 kg, and
possibly an occasional Murray cod. Boat ramp. Stocking
with trout ceased after 1978 due to poor return from stocking.
Considered to be marginal habitat for salmonids.
