Nariel Creek, Nariel

Called Corryong Creek below the Simpson Creek junction. Flows from forest to grazing land, gravel bed. Contains mostly brown trout to 800g, rainbow trout, 100g in spring, 220g by autumn, small river blackfish and some spiny freshwater crayfish. Last stocked with trout by the Department in 1977. An excellent water for all angling methods.
