Mitta Mitta River Basin
Snowy Creek, Mitta Mitta
Flows through mountainous country, gravel and boulder bed. Good
access from road running parallel. Carries mostly brown trout
average 125g maximum 1.4 kg reported, some rainbow trout to 300g,
river blackfish to 100g and a few redfin to 150g. Last stocked with
trout by the Department in 1969.
