Tooleybuc to S. A. Border

Fishing success is very dependent upon water level, with little movement of fish until the water rises. Murray cod to 50 kg with the best fishing in November-December. Carp and redfin to 2. 5 kg are abundant, with good numbers of silver perch to 5 kg, catfish, tench and some golden perch to 2 kg. Spiny freshwater crayfish have become very scarce. Ned's Corner and Locks 7 and 9 are popular angling places.
