Woori Yallock Creek

Contains short-finned eels, river blackfish to 175g. roach to 150g, small spiny freshwater crayfish, and brown trout to 350g, average 100g. Last stocked with trout by Department in 1966.

Its sad that a lot of the creeks have deteriorated in the past 10 years.

Don't eat fish from this river there is reports of a sewerage that overflows near the surrounding streams. My girlfriend is a biotechnologist and done a report on the toxins in the fish in the river and they were as bad as the yarra in Melbourne CBD.... Or worse in some cases!
