Wooroonook Lake, Donald

Fluctuates in surface area (1. 4 to 10 ha), and is actually several distinct water bodies which join to form one lake when water level is high. The southern lake is surrounded by grazing land and is usually the only permanent water. A popular area for picnics, swimming and boating. Carries a few redfin to 400g, and golden perch to 4 kg. Last stocked with trout in 1966.
